Robinson Cano off to Red Hot Start

Robinson Cano is HOT right now, he seems to be having everything go his way. Will it continue or is it just some early season luck?

There is no doubt about it, Robinson Cano is off to one of the hottest, if not the hottest start to the 2016 season. His batting average is sitting at about .305, with 12 HR’s thus far. 12 HR is a huge number to start off a season compared to past seasons for Cano.

This hot start for Cano may come as a surprise to some, as he only has 20+ HR’s in 6 out of his 12 seasons in the MLB, but this 5 time Silver Slugger award winner, 6 time All-Star and 2 time Gold Glove award winner, shows no signs of slowing down.

Seed Sack

This guy is the real deal, we all know how he can play. Robinson Cano is great news for Seattle fans because in 2013, they signed a beast.

With a huge contribution from Cano, the Mariners are sitting in first place in the AL West. King Felix Hernandez is bouncing back from a not so hot start and the Mariners are playing good baseball.

It’s a good thing Felix doesn’t need to face Cano, because if he did, he’d have some problems. When Cano pimps up to the plate, pitchers know what he’s about. Even if Cano is not in the mood to hit, he’s still going to take that puppy deep.
