On the field Chase d’Arnaud looks like your average infielder when in reality he is also a rock star. One dream just wasn’t enough for Chase. This baseball player/rock star is the lead singer and guitarist in the Chase d’Arnaud band in addition to an infielder for the Atlanta Braves.

Most ball players rest on off days but d’Arnaud plays at Bonnaroo, the famous music festival that Pearl Jam and Dead & Company headlined this year. d’Arnaud compared the experience to that of his MLB debut and first at bat. The Atlanta Braves embrace d’Arnaud’s talents. For example, the singer recently serenaded Jeff Francoeur. Off the field, he currently lives with his band, recording new songs during his free time in their in-house recording studio. So he basically lives the coolest double life. As far as collaborating with his MLB catcher brother, Travis d’Arnaud, Chase says it is in the near future. Travis may be playing the keyboard in an upcoming song.

So kids the lesson here is be whoever you want to be in life. If you want to be an astronaut/firefighter or a rock star/baseball player chase that dream. Anything is possible!
