Austin Jackson just made what might be the catch of the year

Austin Jackson is a name you don’t hear in highlights every night, but the Indians outfielder is putting together a pretty decent season in the role he’s playing with the tribe.

At the age of 30 he’s hitting .333 in 126 at bats and a .912 OPS.

Tonight in Boston, Austin Jackson made what might stand up to be the best catch of the 2017 season. He went up BIG over the wall in CF at Fenway to rob a would-be home run off the bat of Hanley Ramirez.

Sure enough, he led off the next inning for the Indians with a double to RF. Here’s another crazy angle of the insane catch made by Jackson to preserve the Cleveland lead.
